Abstract: La participation à un programme de prévention sanitaire sur le lieu de travail est le résultat d'une interaction complexe des facteurs individuels et structurels. Il faut respecter ces facteurs dans le cadre des programmes de prévention sanitaire sur le lieu de travail. Le fait de prendre en considération les caractéristiques spécifiques de la population visée, en incluant les motivations et stimulations aussi bien que les constraintes structurelles, peut vraisemblablement améliorer les taux de participation des employés à des programmes deprévention sanitaire sur le lieu de travail.
