Ce processus de structuration des relations entre partenaires associés ne se termine pas avec la négociation d’un accord de partenariat. Nier cet état de fait reviendrait à nier la nature politique d’un partenariat de recherche et à refuser aux partenaires impliqués toute autonomie dans de futurs projets de recherche.
