Abstract: Abstract The main objective of this research study was to examine the influence of abattoir waste management practices on natural environment conservation through examining the factors under each of the four waste management practices. The study used a descriptive and inferential research design by applying quantitative research approach. The primary data collection instrument was a Likert scale based questionnaire. The data collected was analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics that include hypotheses testing by correlation analysis, regression analysis and analysis of variance. The study findings indicated that waste management practices of the company has moderately negative influence on natural environment conservation. These findings will help managers with improvement plans to close achievement gaps by increasing the waste management practices for natural environment conservation. It is concluded that there is a need of establishment and improvement of waste management practices to make useful and clean the abattoir waste generated from the company for the achievement of natural environment conservation.
