Abstract: Abstract To further improve the use efficiency of laboratory equipment, and carry out intelligent monitoring and management of laboratory equipment, based on the design concept of artificial intelligence, a set of laboratory monitoring products for the 6G Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) field are designed. The main framework of this product is mainly composed of three parts: information control part, information summary transmission part and information monitoring and storage part. Among them, the information control part can intelligently collect the basic data of the laboratory, and monitor the laboratory equipment and environment intelligently. It is mainly composed of local sensor network, field controller network, and local management center; the information summary transmission part is responsible for collecting, forwarding and monitoring data, and the core component is the intelligent Internet of things (IoT) gateway; the information monitoring and storage is responsible for transmitting the data to the cloud server to realize the remote intelligent monitoring function of the system. In this exploration, it is applied to the daily management of an automation laboratory. The results show that the system can effectively realize the real-time and remote monitoring of laboratory equipment, and complete the daily monitoring and management. However, the system still has some problems, such as slow running speed when it is used for the first time, which will be further solved by optimizing the system and other means in the future. The products in the field of IIoT based on artificial intelligence discussed in this exploration have important reference value for the monitoring of laboratory equipment.
