Design of an arc welding robot monitoring system based on voice integrated circuit

Abstract: Abstract In order to improve the work quality of the arc welding robot, this article applies voice control technology to the voice integrated circuit arc welding robot monitoring system. The voice integrated circuit adopts the technology of combining voice synthesis chip and single-chip microprocessor, which has the characteristics of natural voice, flexible control, economical and durable. Moreover, this article uses genetic algorithms to process voice data, improves genetic algorithms to promote voice data transmission and control effects, and builds an arc welding robot monitoring system based on voice integrated circuits. In addition, this article debugs the arc welding robot, which effectively improves the man–machine dialogue interface, improves the stability of the control system, and contributes to the smooth progress of the control process. The voice integrated circuit not only has an effective monitoring effect on the computer-controlled welding process, but also has a wide range of application prospects in other real-time industrial control computer systems.
