Abstract:
Abstract Today's AI methods not only improve our knowledge of the brain's anatomy and function, but also aid in the diagnosis of neurological disorders, AI sheds light on how humans think and act, and has applications in the law. The research paper explores the current applications and implications of brain mapping in the era of artificial intelligence (AI) and highlights the advancements in brain imaging technologies with various ways like fMRI, EEG etc. and the availability of large-scale brain mapping datasets, such as those found on platforms like Kaggle. Additionally, it also examines the relevance of brain mapping in the legal system, emphasizing its potential in criminal investigations, mental health assessments, and competency evaluations. The paper discusses the comparative brain imaging techiques and their key application for the investigation purpose. The paper also discusses the challenges and ethical considerations associated with brain mapping and emphasizes the need for collaboration between experts in neuroscience, AI, and law. This research paper underscores the transformative potential of integrating brain mapping and AI, paving the way for advancements in medicine, neuroscience, and the legal field.
