Some New Facts About (Pseudo) Involutions in the Riordan Group

Abstract: Abstract We answer the question posed by L.W. Shapiro about a property of elements whose (pseudo) order in the Riordan group is equal to 2. We prove that if (g(z), f(z)) is such an element, then, with some restictions, f is uniquely determined by g.
