Skewed converse and Laplacian spectral radius of weighted directed graphs

Abstract: Abstract The notion of skewed converse of a weighted directed graph is introduced in this article. Several characterizations of singularity of the skewed converse of the weighted directed graphs are provided here. This article provides some upper bounds and lower bounds on the Laplacian spectral radius of weighted directed graphs. Characterizations of the weighted directed graphs that achieve these bounds are also supplied here.
