Abstract: Abstract Globally, entrepreneurship is an important driver of economic growth, job creation, and innovation. There is an increasing recognition of the significant contributions made by women entrepreneurs. This study analyzes the factors influencing the success and satisfaction of women entrepreneurs in the state of Karnataka in India. Data were collected from a sample of 257 women entrepreneurs across 29 Rural Self-Employment and Entrepreneurship Development Institutes. The key variables such as age, government subsidies, satisfaction, and societal factors were investigated using statistical techniques. The study revealed that age has no significant correlation with business success, while women receiving government subsidies showed higher rates of success. Satisfaction with training programs was found to have significant effect on business success. The study also found that persistent barriers such as gender disparities and societal challenges continue to limit potential of women entrepreneurs. The findings from this research stress the need for targeted programs to empower women entrepreneurs and reduce the obstacles they face. There is still greater need for research that give valuable insights into the complex dynamics of success and satisfaction of women entrepreneurs, which could contribute to the discourse on policies and programs globally.
