Abstract:
Abstract This study investigates the impact of organizational entrepreneurial orientation (EO) dimensions on the financial performance of manufacturing firms listed on the Borsa Istanbul (BIST). Drawing on survey data from 720 respondents across 35 firms (2015–2019), a structural model was developed to test the relationships between EO dimensions and objective financial indicators. The findings reveal that innovativeness, risk-taking, proactiveness, and autonomy significantly enhance financial performance, while competitive aggressiveness shows no direct effect. The results highlight that BIST firms, as key contributors to the Turkish economy, display a strong but differentiated entrepreneurial tendency across EO dimensions. By integrating firm-level financial outcomes with organizational orientation, this research provides novel empirical evidence on the strategic role of entrepreneurship in emerging markets.
