Abstract: Abstract This study presents a comprehensive analysis of the impact of science and technology finance on real economy development, focusing on 31 Chinese provinces from 2016 to 2022. By constructing a performance rating index system using established principles and methods, we assess science and technology finance output from a regional perspective. Empirical results reveal a notable growth trend in science and technology finance in China, characterized by significant variations in input and output across provinces, indicating an imbalance in regional development. Additionally, we identify a multi-body co-writing model that facilitates the expansion of financing channels for innovative enterprises in the science and technology sector, leading to enhanced social and economic benefits. The findings of this study provide valuable insights for underdeveloped regions seeking to bolster their science and technology finance landscape.
