Abstract: Abstract This paper evaluates the impact of incubation services on the success of early-stage Agri-tech startups in Jammu & Kashmir and Punjab, addressing a gap in the literature on how various aspects of incubation—skills, traits, selection criteria, services, and facilities—affect entrepreneurial outcomes. Using stratified random sampling, data were collected from 100 participants, including 90 startup entrepreneurs and 10 incubator managers, through a structured survey of startups incubated under Technology Business Incubators (TBIs). The study employed descriptive statistics, Chi-square tests, analysis of variance, and logistic regression to identify determinants of success. Findings show that incubation services significantly enhance the success of Agri-tech startups, with high Cronbach’s alpha values confirming the reliability of measured factors. Demographic variables such as gender, age, education, occupation, and household income also influence success. The paper provides theoretical and practical contributions by offering insights for policymakers and incubation managers to design targeted support programs that promote Agri-tech startup growth, filling a crucial gap in the literature.
