Abstract:
Abstract This research investigates the role of AI-driven transformation and workforce agility in building dynamic capabilities that support entrepreneurial sustainability. Insights were derived from semi-structured interviews with entrepreneurs across different sectors using qualitative methodology. Dynamic Capabilities Theory is used to ground the research and to theorize how AI improves entrepreneurial agility, innovation, and sustainability. It also presents an integrated model of the relationships between integration of AI, workforce agility, and entrepreneurial sustainability. Findings disclose that AI-driven practices improve decision-making and innovation and require constant learning and reorganization. This research helps understand how technology can be used responsibly by linking AI adoption to sustainable entrepreneurial outcomes. Finally, it provides original insights in the context of dynamic capability building to help entrepreneurs navigate the complex technological landscape to preserve long-term value and growth.
