Abstract:
Based on the analysis of the factors influencing the dynamic control of reservoir normal elevation in flood season (RNEFS), the evaluation index system on optimizing dynamic RNEFS schemes is established firstly. The flood disaster losses evaluation model of reservoir downstream is established with MIKE software manufactured by the DHI Company, Denmark. Then, the Biliuhe Reservoir is taken as an example, and the flood disaster risk losses of Chengzitan town in its downstream area is calculated and linked with the flood control risk, the mean annual generated energy, the utilization rate of water resources and the reliability of water-supply guaranteed rate after running up the RNEFS. Lastly, the RNEFS schemes are optimized by variable fuzzy optimization model. And the satisfying scheme obtained will provide an important reference and basis for dynamically controlling RNEFS during real-time operation of a reservoir.
