Abstract: Abstract Transfer function and fuzzy logic were used to measure the efficiency of a Multi–Input–Multi–Output production process. The process studied was used for the production of noodles. The procedure involved obtaining the weekly inputs and outputs of the noodle production system for 52 weeks between 2021 and 2022. The inputs data, which consists of electricity consumption in Kilowatts hour (kWh) and raw material consumption in kg, and the outputs which were the three varieties of noodles produced were used to obtain the quarterly efficiency of the plant using transfer function and fuzzy logic. The results show that quarter 2 with a System’s Coefficient of Performance (SCOP) of 0.77 was the most efficient while the 3rd quarter with a SCOP of 0.658 was the least efficient. The study once again demonstrated the power of transfer function and fuzzy logic to determine SCOP which measures the effectiveness of quality control and productivity improvement measures.
