Abstract:
The qualities of librarians in colleges and universities are the key to the development of library modernization. Improving the qualities of librarians is the decisive factor that library adapts the requirements for the new period. This paper discussed on the current status of the low librarians’ qualities, necessity and urgency for improving the qualities of librarians, qualities that the librarians should possess, and effective ways to improve the qualities of librarians, respectively.
