This study used stratified convenience sampling to distribute both online and written questionnaires according to the units. A total of 355 questionnaires were returned, with a return rate of 71 %. The results showed that there is a significant positive correlation between employee information literary and employee creativity (EC), and there is a significant positive correlation between employee happiness and EC.
