Abstract:
Abstract The article examines the feasibility and prerequisites for the formation of a new development model for Siberia and presents the concepts of national and regional development models. Specific features are shown, and the directions are formulated for implementing the development model of Siberia in conditions of adapting to the challenges and threats of recent times. Five types of maneuvering and adaptation to new development conditions are identified: structural maneuver, transport and logistics maneuver, administrative maneuver, scientific and technological maneuver, and spatial maneuver. The contours of this new development model for Siberia are considered, which can be implemented during the transition to the trajectory of renewed economic growth in Russia with high quality. Six vectors are proposed: the fundamental principles and directions for the implementation of such a model. The main ones are the transition to a model of renewed growth of social value, strengthening the connectivity of Asian Russia’s space, and the formation of a new system of cross-border interactions. In conclusion, the realism of the proposed development model for Siberia is explained.ì
