Abstract:
Summary As early as the sixties, the advent of new methods in teaching was present in business administration. The predominant and common property of these methods is the temporal, local and personal independence of the instructor. Aside from Problems arising from certain characteristics of the chosen type of media, the compilation of such publications provides a methodical and didactic challenge to the authors. After the eras of classical print- and audio media, the multi-media era offers new forms of teaching using the special abilities of modern Computers. By refereeing the CD-ROM „Investitionsrechnung — Interaktive hypertextbasierte Lernsoftware“ edited by W. Uhr and H. Rehkugler, we show advantages of and drawbacks to this development.
