Abstract: Abstract This study sought to prioritize organizational ties and job performance that is most relevant in the conception of individuals in an agricultural cooperative to evaluate its different units using multicriteria methods. The multicriteria methods of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy TOPSIS were applied to achieve the proposed objective. Our findings revealed that work performance stands out since this criterion influences the cooperative units and impacts the organization’s day-to-day activities. According to decision-makers’ assessment, we also found that one of the evaluated units has the best performance in terms of dimensions. It is noteworthy that the most relevant criteria and sub-criteria for explaining the workers’ perceptions of the cooperative context were the bonds developed with their organization and their performance at work. This context is little explored in research, thereby making it highly relevant. Thus, as a scientific contribution, the advance in using multicriteria methods related to the theme stands out, contributing to the dissemination and development of these academic communities and providing relevance that can be put into practice in different organizations.
