Abstract: Abstract This study is to examine the literature relating psychological capital (PsyCap) to financial decision-making from a quantitative perspective. For this purpose, firstly, studies on psychological capital were evaluated with bibliometric analysis. After that, studies using any of the finance/financial, decision making and risk keywords along with psychological capital were listed and examined. In this context, 2158 articles obtained from the WoS database in January 2024 were analyzed. The keywords “psychological capital” OR “psyCap” were used. The bibliometric analysis was performed with R Studio. Studies on psychological capital have increased significantly, especially after 2020. However, it seems that there are relatively few studies that support the findings and studies that analyze various aspects of the same phenomenon. In addition, it was determined that there were only five studies that could be associated with the field of finance, and four of them were in business finance and one was in personnel finance.
