Abstract: Zusammenfassung: Der Erfolg der Klimapolitik nach Paris wird auch von ihren Kosten abhängen, deshalb ist die verstärkte Anwendung des kosteneffizienten Instruments des Emissionshandels, insbesondere auch eine Verknüpfung bereits bestehender Systeme, angezeigt. Gerade der jüngst reformierte Europäische Emissionshandel könnte davon profitieren.
