Abstract: Abstract This review is written in the form of a dialogue between the author (Janet Mills) and the reviewer (Norma Romm). This fits well with the way we usually work together as it helps to unfold ideas and to consider whether they can be improved. A conversation as we see it implies that the speaker does not wish to speak in an authoritative voice but invites and encourages further engagement with ideas as presented.
