Abstract: Zusammenfassung Der Verkehrssektor hinkt seit 30 Jahren im Klimaschutz hinterher. Gesellschaft, Industrie und Politik stehen vor entsprechend großen Herausforderungen, um die Klimaschutzziele der nächsten Jahre zu erreichen. Eine Antriebs- sowie Mobilitätswende ist hierfür erforderlich. Ein klimaorientiertes und sozial gerechteres Marktdesign ist nicht nur möglich, sondern auch notwendig. Es bleibt aber fraglich, ob und wie die im Koalitionsvertrag gesetzten Ziele für den Klimaschutz im Verkehrssektor erreicht werden.
