Abstract: Zusammenfassung Deutschland hat im internationalen Vergleich bereits seit langem sehr hohe Strompreise. Da Strom teilweise aus Gas erzeugt wird, haben sich die Preise infolge des Ukrainekriegs weiter erhöht. Aber auch die gestiegenen CO2-Preise zur Reduzierung des CO2-Ausstoßes wirken weiter preistreibend. Bei den grundlegenden Fragen des Strommarktdesigns besteht Handlungsbedarf: bei der Förderung der Stromerzeugung der erneuerbaren Energien, bei der Versorgungssicherheit und bei den Nutzungsentgelten.
