Sozialrechtliche Regelbedarfsleistungen — Kritik und Reformbedarf

Wirtschaftsdienst, 2015, vol. 95, issue 1, 63-67
Abstract:
In 2010, the German Constitutional Court declared social law on standard benefits to cover subsistence costs unconstitutional and demanded amendments. In July 2014, the same court ruled the new measures to be only just constitutional. Concrete proposals are made here to calculate standard benefits to cover subsistence costs in accordance with the constitution, based on the latest Income and Consumption Survey.
