Abstract: Zusammenfassung Nach 2012 und 2014 wurde nunmehr die Förderung erneuerbarer Energien durch das EEG abermals grundlegend umgestaltet. Ausschreibungen sollen künftig Erzeugungskosten senken und zugleich die Ausbaumengen kontrollieren. Der Beitrag geht der Frage nach, inwieweit dies durch das EEG 2017 gelingen kann und ob die Kritik berechtigt ist, dass die Reform als Bremsklotz der Energiewende und Gefahr für die Akteursvielfalt wirke.
