Abstract: Zusammenfassung Das dritte Hilfsprogramm für Griechenland läuft im August 2018 aus. Bislang wird angestrebt und davon ausgegangen, dass Griechenland seinen zukünftigen Kreditbedarf am freien Kapitalmarkt finanzieren kann. Um diesen Zugang zu erleichtern bzw. überhaupt erst möglich zu machen, wurden in der Vergangenheit zahlreiche Schuldenerleichterungen vorgenommen, teils im Nachhinein – beginnend mit einer Lockerung der Kreditkonditionen bis hin zum Schuldenerlass.
