Abstract: Zusammenfassung Die zunehmende Digitalisierung verändert das Angebot an Verkehrsdienstleistungen auf verschiedenen Ebenen. Die entsprechenden Innovationen sind teilweise inkrementell, teilweise auch radikal. So lässt sich beispielsweise das Fahrtenangebot eines Anbieters im öffentlichen Personennahverkehr vollkommen individualisieren und nach dem Mobilitätsbedarf der Nutzer ausrichten.
