The Relation of the Decision Support System and the Business Process Re-engineering

Abstract: This is an exploratory study that aims to show the impact of the decision support system and the business process Re-engineering at private Jordanian companies. Exploratory researches are very useful in the absence of clearly researched and fully understood information about a subject, and or in the premature stages of development of theories. Quantitative approach will be the main method for conducting this study, survey will be the main data collection procedure to investigate the impact of internal marketing on internal service quality and corporate performance.
