Abstract: This paper aims to find the existing relationship between organizational performance and its effect on the level of job satisfaction. However, given the importance of employee satisfaction on corporate performance, many companies do not pay due attention to this problem due to the lack of understanding among senior management in these companies of its value and influence on the behavior and productivity of employees. In this study we have conducted a thorough research by interpreting results for calculating job satisfaction and finding relationship with organizational performance. This study uses exploratory approach and analyzes data numerically which was obtained by conducting a survey through random sampling.
