Abstract:
The study’s objective is to investigate the sustainable entrepreneurship intentions of the youth in Vietnam. An anonymous questionnaire survey was administered to collect data from 1,289 youths of Generation Z in Vietnam. The gathered data underwent a hierarchical regression analysis to examine the moderating role of entrepreneurship support organizations. The findings indicate that attitude toward sustainability entrepreneurship, perceived feasibility, entrepreneurship desirability, and sustainability orientation significantly impact the sustainable entrepreneurship intentions of Vietnamese youth. Furthermore, the research results substantiate that the entrepreneurship support organization positively moderates the relationship between determinants of sustainable entrepreneurship intention and directly influences it. Drawing upon the research findings, several implications are proposed to assist governments, entrepreneurship support organizations, policymakers, and investors in acquiring a more profound understanding necessary for designing effective and suitable support programs. As a result, contribute to advancing a sustainable entrepreneurship ecosystem in the future.
