Abstract:
At the present stage of development, global trends are characterized by updating the content and modernization of the forms of labor activity, organization of production and management. This finds expression in the organization of social partnership. The accumulated potential of theoretical knowledge and practical experience on the issue under study is crucial for the development of ways and mechanisms of interaction between the state and business, especially in the oil industry of Kazakhstan. The article discusses the impact of social partnership on the development of enterprises on the example of the oil industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as a socio-political institution that ensures the interaction of the state, business, and trade unions in modern Kazakhstani society. The analysis of the interaction of subjects of social partnership both in the field of labor relations and in the sphere of public relations is carried out, the institutional capabilities of the oil industry enterprises as subjects of social partnership, the importance and impact of social partnership policies on the democratization processes, social and political stability of Kazakhstani society are analyzed.
