Abstract:
The article examines the problems and features of the state of the life-supporting infrastructure, namely the water supply and wastewater disposal sector on the example of Kazakhstan. The role and prospects for the development of small and medium-sized businesses for the development of this sector are also determined. The results of the SWOT analysis of the development of the water supply and sanitation sector in Kazakhstan (taking into account the implementation of state investment programs) are presented, as well as the analysis of existing problems and a number of recommendations on the results of the study.
