Abstract:
Over recent years, strategic planning constituted for many Cities an effective answer to the problem of competitive territories' development. In competitive land dynamics, through the adoption of strategic planning processes, the control of two fundamental and tightly linked aspects becomes possible: - creating and strengthening the structural conditions that favors the local socio-economic system; - being able to influence the complex dynamics behind reorganization opportunities to create wealth and by attracting resources and competences to the area.
