Applied Economics Letters, 2003, vol. 10, issue 2, 87-90
Abstract:
A new procedure for the measurement of efficiency and technical change is presented, using DEA with full panel data. Under the assumption of non-regressive technical change, upper and lower bounds for efficiency and technical change are obtained. The results for Spanish regional agriculture are compared with those in Millan and Aldaz (1998).
