Applied Economics Letters, 2008, vol. 15, issue 14, 1131-1134

Abstract: Following a description of the leased lines telecommunication market, a single index (based on hedonic approach) for this market is introduced based on data across Europe. This article aims to provide a framework for analysing telecommunication prices over time and study how the prices will fluctuate during coming years, especially as new technologies are commercially provided. The behaviour of the Greek market is analysed from 1997 to 2002.
