Abstract:
The 'regeneration' of the London Docklands has a much wider significance not only for planning but also as a demonstration of a new socio-economic, political and ideological settlement. Yet it has not, of late, been the subject of the kind of detailed examination that Simona Florio and Sue Brownshill now provide.
