Total Quality Management in Economic Education: Defining the Market

Abstract: This article contains an overview of criticisms of the use of TQM in teaching and proposes an alternative for economic education. The alternative TQM model is demonstrated in classroom use of quality circles, one-minute papers, and quality check sheets.
