Lessons from the fields

Abstract: A set of four articles prepared for the session “Lessons from the Fields” at the 2021 ASSA meetings, organized through the AEA Committee on Economic Education, is introduced in this article. The authors emphasize the potentials of their field-specific teaching methods to those in all economics fields. In addition to the general request to write about teaching in their fields, the scholars were asked to address how they treated diversity and inclusion in their courses and programs.
