Journal of Property Research, 2012, vol. 29, issue 4, 271-279
Abstract:
This article is a short introduction to the special issue. In this, we provide a brief commentary on the main papers and also set out why we have put this special issue on new directions together. Our aim has been to stimulate new thinking and ideas promoting new areas for future research in housing economics, something which we think has been achieved with the papers in this issue.
