On polynomials associated with Cauchy–Stieltjes kernel families

Abstract: In this paper, we provide a specific construction of raising and lowering operators for orthogonal quasi-monomial polynomials associated with Cauchy–Stieltjes Kernel (CSK) families. Using these operators we characterize the quadratic class of CSK families. We also give some examples of such operators associated to orthogonal polynomials.
