Dalenius and Vitale randomized response technique for complex survey designs

Raghunath Arnab

Communications in Statistics - Theory and Methods, 2023, vol. 52, issue 3, 684-692

Abstract: Dalenius and Vitale's randomized response (RR) technique is limited to the simple random sampling with replacement (SRSWR) sampling design only. Chaudhuri, Chaudhuri and Christofides extended Dalenius and Vitale's RR techniques for complex survey designs. It is found that all the results derived by them are incorrect. The corrected results are presented in this paper.
