Abstract: In this issue of the Policy Review Section Tony Jackson of the School of Town and Regional Planning, University of Dundee, presents a critical assessment of the management information developed by Scottish Enterprise. In the second article Tom Stark of the School of Commerce and International Business Studies, and Martin Eaton of the School of Environmental Studies, University of Ulster, present a set of employment forecasts for Northern Ireland's Green Production Sector. Finally, John Sutherland of the Leeds Business School, Leeds Metropolitan University, considers the lessons which can be drawn from earlier youth training initiatives for the Government's recently launched New Deal for 18-25 year olds.
