Abstract:
As part of the process of assessment of Masters in Real Estate (MRE) curricula in South Africa, real estate professionals in the property industry were surveyed to give percentages of time they thought should be allocated to the topics included in the curricula. Results reveal that professionals want more time to be allocated to property finance and less time to be allocated to information technology and corporate strategy. Findings will support curriculum improvement at universities offering MRE programs in South Africa and elsewhere.
