Abstract: This research article analyzes the reactions to the National Association of Realtors® settlement in 2024 on broker commissions. The study focuses on examining the sentiment of homebuyers, sellers, and the real estate industry by analyzing online comments on news articles. The findings indicate that a significant change is expected in the industry that will streamline sales transactions while reducing costs.
