Challenges in meeting water security and resilience

(2) What factors impact water security? (3) What are the challenges in meeting water security? (4) What can be done to ensure water security? (5) Is water security entirely a technical problem? (6) What systems need to be engineered to help ensure water security? It further offers a personal perspective on water security and engineering solutions.
