A personal perspective on behaviour and information technology: A 20-year progress and future trend

Abstract: This article reviews the studies on human aspects of information technology undertaken by Salvendy and his colleagues in the past two decades. By looking into the evolution of these studies, the article discusses that technology has been driving this discipline. The future of this field is envisioned.
