Abstract: This piece of work aims to be a complementary document extending our previous article ‘Broadband electronically tunable reflection-based phase shifter for active-steering microwave reflectarray systems in Ku-Band’, recently published in the Journal of Electromagnetic Waves and Applications. This document provides the experimental validation of the former work through prototypes of the designed phase shifter, detailing the shifter manufacturing process, and providing the prototype measurements for its characterization. The shifter characterization yields good performance results, thus validating our original design.
