Information systems research in the Asia Pacific region

Abstract: Research in information systems (IS) in the Asia Pacific has experienced fast progress in the past 10 years. A major driving force is the Pacific Asia Conference on Information Systems. In this paper, we provide an overview of the IS research in the Asia Pacific and in China and four best papers selected from the 2004 Pacific Asia Conference on Information System Shanghai Conference.
